Chic Mess reserves the right to modify the terms of use in accordance with the applicable legal framework governing e-commerce. Please check our site at regular intervals for any such changes.

Every visitor who uses the services of our online store is considered to consent and unconditionally accept the terms. If a user does not agree with these terms, he is asked to avoid using our online store and any transaction with it.

 

In order to successfully complete your online transactions you will be asked for your personal information. In particular, you must notify us: your full name, the area and address to which the products will be sent, your landline number (or any other telephone number you want) and your email address (e-mail). If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will also be asked for: the full number of the card, its expiration date, and the three-digit security code on the back (CVC).

In order to place an order from our site, you must inform us of:

the area and address to which the products will be shipped

The Products, prices, shipping terms (place, time, etc.) are what are listed in the Registration Confirmation of your order.

Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods.

1. By cash on delivery of the price of your order upon delivery of the product to the place of your choice. The cash on delivery charge is € 3.50 with the choice of ELTA Courier.

(ATTENTION: The method of payment by cash on delivery is valid only for domestic purchases. For foreign purchases, you should only choose among the other payment methods)

2. By bank deposit. If you have any problems with your card or you want to complete your purchase through a bank transaction, contact us at 2310 950233 to inform you about the bank accounts where you can make a deposit. In the bank deposit you must enter as a reason your full name and your order number. This payment method is FREE.

3. Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. This payment method is FREE.

4. Iris Online Payments

Www.chic-mess.gr uses the SSL protocol of PIRAEUS bank for secure online commercial transactions. This encrypts all of your card information so that it cannot be transmitted or changed over the Internet.

All banking information is confidential. Www.chic-mess.gr processes your card details exclusively for the completion of the transaction between us and the repayment of the products you have purchased from our online store.

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" ofAlpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Socket Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

For the shipment of your order in case of bank deposit of the amount, the goods of your choice will be sent to you if the bank transfer of the price to the account of Chic Mess is done first.

In case you have chosen to pay for your order by cash on delivery, your order will be paid upon delivery of the products at the place of your choice.

Payments for sending orders to Cyprus and abroad, are made in all ways as defined by the ways of purchase and shipping of Chic Mess except the method of payment by cash on delivery. Deliveries of our products in Greece take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

        Delivery within 4-10 working days

        Shipping costs 3,5€ (free shipping for orders over 50€)

        Cash on Delivery Costs 3,5€ (if selected as payment method)

Once the product of your choice is removed from our warehouses for shipment to you, a relevant email will be sent to you for your information.

Deliveries of our products in Cyprus are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, through EMS, within 2-3 working days from the order, with a charge of € 20 per shipment. For purchases over € 300.00, shipping costs are FREE.

For deliveries of products to selected countries outside Greece the charges are:

• For purchases over € 350.00 the shipping costs are COMPLETELY FREE.

• For purchases under € 350.00 the charges for transport costs are:

      1. For simple shipping (6-7 days): € 28.00

      2. For fast shipping (2-3 days): € 35.00 (countries within the Eurozone)

We clarify that:

For any order that exceeds € 500.00 in total amount is required by law, payment by credit or debit card. Up to four (04) transactions per month with the same card are allowed. Max. € 350 per transaction.

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%). Www.chicmess.gr reserves the right to adjust prices, without having to inform the consumer public.

 Customers outside the European Union are subject to any extra charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which we are not responsible.

You have the right to return all or part of the order, within 14 working days from the date you receive it in case of defective or incorrect product after contacting our call center at 2310 950233.

Changes / returns of products are not made in a period of discounts or offers and the swimsuits are not accompanied by a pack of waterproof bag Chic Chic

In case of change, you will be charged the cost of returning the products. However, in case the reason for your return concerns a mistake of Chic Mess, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.

In order to make the change / return, it is necessary for the product to be in excellent condition with the special markings (cards), not to show signs of use and to contain all the necessary documents that it had before its shipment. After checking the returned product we will proceed with the change.

 To replace products that Chic Mess cannot offer you (eg due to out of stock), you must return the product and place a new order with the products of your choice.
